Shipping Errors / Defective Product

Enclosures found to be defective or shipments in error, will be repaired or replaced at no expense (freight included) to the customer.

Returns / Exchanges

  • Enclosures must be returned in new condition.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customer should arrange for pre-paid return delivery.
  • 25% restocking charges apply.
  • Custom product sales are final.
  • Enclosures modified by customers may not be returned.
  • Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receiving returned merchandise.
  • Unless authorized, standard products cannot be returned for credit after 30 days.
