At American Products, Customer Service is our #1 priority. While we make every effort possible to deliver quality products free of issues, occasional inconsistencies do occur. In that case, please contact our Customer Service Representatives and they will assist you with the issue.

Defective Products & Shipping Errors
We will repair or replace enclosures found to be defective or that arrive with shipping errors at no expense (freight included) to the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
In the event you want to return and/or exchange a product, please note these guidelines:
- Enclosures must be returned in new condition.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customer should arrange for pre-paid return delivery.
- A 25% restocking charge will apply.
- Custom product sales are final.
- Customer-modified enclosures cannot be returned.
- Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receiving returned product.
- Unless authorized, standard products cannot be returned for credit after 30 days.
