American Products recently made the decision to integrate a robotic welder into the H-Frame production process.
Since we first introduced our H-frame fiber slack storage solutions, we have seen demand for this product increase steadily. The solution’s convenient design and tough construction have made it a popular product for telecommunications providers looking to expand their fiber optic networks.
To help meet the demand without sacrificing quality, American Products has invested in a robotic welder.
This system has the ability to weld the fiber brackets onto the cross arms quickly. In addition to stamping and forming the parts in-house, this is another way that American Products can control quality while improving efficiencies and productivity. The robot can weld dozens of H-Frames in an hour, which will help us increase our production while allowing our welders to focus on cabinets, enclosures and shelters.
