After you’ve chosen your new enclosure, how do you get it to your site?
American Products offers a number of shipping options for your shelter/enclosure.
Truckline Options
We can arrange:
- Full truckloads
- Less-than-truckload (LTL) pickups
- Small-package carriers
- Lift gates
Truckline Scheduling
Our shipping department can:
- Search for the truckline that provides you the best rate
- Use a truckline of your choosing
- Plan for you to pick up your telecommunications shelter(s) or electronic/equipment enclosure(s) at our facility
Shipping Costs
We can:
- Prepay the shipping costs & add them to your invoice
- Set it up so the truckline charges you directly by collect or through your account
Shipping Locations
Our shipping department will:
- Dropship to any national or international location
- Arrange shipping to your business or enclosure/shelter placement site

Returns · Exchanges · Shipping Errors & Defective Products
At American Products, Customer Service is our #1 priority. While we make every effort possible to deliver quality products free of issues, occasional inconsistencies do occur. In that case, please contact our Customer Service Representatives and they will assist you with the issue.
We thank you for your patience–and assure you that we will do our best to rectify the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Defective Products & Shipping Errors
We will repair or replace enclosures found to be defective or that arrive with shipping errors at no expense (freight included) to the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
In the event you want to return and/or exchange a product, please note these guidelines:
- Enclosures must be returned in new condition.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customer should arrange for pre-paid return delivery.
- A 25% restocking charge will apply.
- Custom product sales are final.
- Customer-modified enclosures cannot be returned.
- Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receiving returned product.
- Unless authorized, standard products cannot be returned for credit after 30 days.

Shipping Error/Defect Claim Form
Please directly inspect and evaluate your purchase for shipping errors or defects. All claims need be filed within 10 days of receiving order. American Products bears no responsibility for product returned without a claim Claims will be promptly reviewed in 1-3 days.
