Our Time Off Philosophy
We believe in the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer a generous time-off package. From day one, all new team members start accruing Paid Time Off (PTO) with the ability to earn up to 80 hours each year. After two years with us, this accrual increases. In addition to PTO, we celebrate 9 paid holidays and provide 3 paid personal days, ensuring you have the flexibility to recharge and enjoy time away from work.
